Defendant's Answer to the Amended Complaint, which was filed yesterday (Docket No. 44), will be deemed responsive to Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint. Discovery in this case is now closed except for the following items: The parties may take depositions of witnesses Leon Thompson and Andrew Figueroa by May 2, 2016. (See Docket No. 39). The neurological examination scheduled to take place on April 18, 2016, may proceed. (See Docket No. 41). The expert report in connection with that examination shall be produced by April 29, 2016. Defendant's expert report for the dental examination that took place on April 7, 2016, shall be produced by April 15, 2016. Plaintiff shall execute the transcript of his deposition by April 18, 2016. Third, Defendant's anticipated motion for summary judgment shall be submitted by May 9, 2016. Plaintiff's response is due by May 30, 2016, and any reply is due by June 6, 2016.
