Filing 74 ORDER: granting 62 Motion to Dismiss. For the aforementioned reasons, the Court grants Goldman Sachs's motion to dismiss the amended complaint in its entirety. All four of Presbyterian's causes of action fail to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, and at least two of them are barred by the statute of limitations. The dismissal is with prejudice. This resolves Docket Number 62. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the case.SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Alison J. Nathan on 3/16/2017) (ama) |
