For the foregoing reasons, Pr omed's motion for summary judgment against Plaintiff is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part, and Plaintiff's claims for retaliation under the ADA, discrimination for failure to accommodate under the NYCHRL and discriminatory discharge unde r the ADA and NYCHRL survive. UCP's motion for summary judgment against Plaintiff is DENIED, and Promed's motion for summary judgment against UCP is DENIED.
