MEMORANDUM OPINION re: 12 MOTION to Dismiss Notice of Defendant Citigroup Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Citigroup, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, this Court lacks jurisdiction over the subject matter of this action. The case is remanded to the state court from which it was removed.
