PURSUANT TO FEDERAL RULE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE 41(a)(2): Plaintiff Michael Kors, L.L.C., by and through its counsel, Baker & Hostetler LLP ("Plaintiff'), and Defendant G H R Fashion Inc., by and through its counsel, Addabbo & Greenberg ("Defendant") (collectively, the "Parties"), hereby stipulate pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(2) to the following: 1. On October 7, 2015, Plaintiff filed a complaint against Defendant. 2. On November 5, 2015, Defendant answered the complaint. 3. Thereafter, the Parties entered into a settlement agreement satisfactory to both Plaintiff and Defendant. 4. In accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41 (a)(2), the Parties hereby stipulate to a dismissal with prejudice of all of Plaintiffs claims against Defendant in the above-captioned matter. 5. P."), and the parties propose that it be adopted as the Scheduling Order of this Court in accordance with Rule 16(b), Fed. R. Civ. P. (1) Depositions. All depositions (excluding expert depositions) must be completed by the Fact Discovery Cut-Off date provided below. The Parties agree to no more than fifteen total depositions for Plaintiffs, and fifteen total depositions for Defendant. (2) Fact Discovery Cut-Off. Other than as set forth in this Case Management Plan, fact discovery is to be completed on or before April 7, 2017. (3) Expert Discovery Cut-Off. The Parties reserve their respective rights to rely on testifying experts for any matters they deem appropriate. However, any expert discovery is to be completed on or before June 7, 2017.
