OPINION AND ORDER re: 17 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Melissa I. Ramlakhan; 19 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security. For the reasons set forth below, Ramlakhan 's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED, the Commissioner's cross-motion is DENIED, and the case is REMANDED for further proceedings. On remand, the ALJ must correctly apply the standards of 20 C.F.R. § 404.1527 when weighin g the opinions of Ramlakhan's treating physicians, and correctly apply the standards of 20 C.F.R. § 404.1520 when deciding Ramlakhan's RFC.
