Filing 47 OPINION AND ORDER re: 29 MOTION to Certify Class Plaintiffs' Motion to Conditionally Certify a Fair Labor Standards Act Collective Action and Authorize Notice to All Persons Similarly Situated filed by Gary Williams, Kevin McDonald, Martin Racey, Alex Abreu: For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiffs' motion for conditional certification of the FLSA class is GRANTED. Plaintiffs are hereby ORDERED to submit a revised version of the Proposed Notice, Opt-In Fo rm, and Reminder Letter, reflecting the Court's modifications and any other appropriate modifications, for final review within seven days of the date of this Order. To the extent not previously done, Defendants are hereby ORDERED to provide Plai ntiffs with the names and last known addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses of all potential plaintiffs within 21 days of the date of this Order. Plaintiffs are further ORDERED to mail the final Notice and Consent to Join no later than 30 days after the Court issues final authorization of the Proposed Notice. Plaintiffs are further ORDERED to provide a list of all opt-in plaintiffs to Defendants within 14 days of the conclusion of the opt-in period.
