MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons set forth above, National Union's petition is granted and the Beelman Truck's petition is denied. This resolves Dkt. Nos. 29 and 32. No later than September 9, 2016, Respondents shall submit a letter to the Court confirming that they have selected their arbitrator. Denying 29 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction. So ordered.
