OPINION AND ORDER: re: 35 MOTION to Dismiss filed by P.C. Richard & Son, Inc., P.C. Richard & Son, LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(1) is GRANTED, and Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Plaintiff Trisal's request for leave to amend is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions, adjourn all remaining dates, and close this case. SO ORDERED.
