OPINION AND ORDER: re: 12 MOTION to Confirm Arbitration Award filed by Dexter B. Blake, III, 20 MOTION to Vacate Arbitration (Cross-Motion to Vacate Portion of Arbitration Award) filed by ACP Investment Group, LLC, Nyppex Holdings, LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Blakes motion to confirm the arbitration award is GRANTED, ACPs cross-motion to vacate in part the arbitration award is DENIED, and the arbitration award is hereby CONFIRMED.
