Filing 121 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS for 97 Motion for Sanctions filed by Lavar Perry Corey, Western Express, Inc., 116 Report and Recommendations, 71 Motion for Miscellaneous Relief filed by Neelam Uppal. The Court has reviewed de novo the R&R. For substantially the reasons set forth in the R&R, the Court ADOPTS the R&R in its entirety. Defendants' motion for sanctions is GRANTED on the merits to the extent that the case is DISMISSED with prejudice for failure to prosecu te pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), and Plaintiff's cross-motion for sanctions is DENIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to (1) terminate the motions at ECF Nos. 71 and 97, (2) mail a copy of this order to Plaintiff pro se, and (3) close the case. SO ORDERED.
