OPINION AND ORDER: re: 78 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint filed by Esther Hu Mangan, Yuhua Wang. The motion of Defendants Wang and Mangan to dismiss the Amended Complaint as to each is GRANTED; the Court dismisses the RICO conspiracy claim w ith prejudice and the state-law claims without prejudice.
