OPINION & ORDER re: 16 MOTION to Dismiss, filed by Bleeping Computer LLC; re: 28 MOTION to Dismiss, filed by Bleeping Computer LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Bleeping's motion to dismiss is granted in part a nd denied in part. ESG's trade libel/commercial disparagement claim is dismissed. Bleeping's motion is in all other respects denied. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions pending at docket numbers 16 and 2 8.
