OPINION & ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint, filed by City Of New York, Myles Driscoll, Marlene D. Galarza. For the foregoing reasons, defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED as to the federal claim s. Plaintiff's request for leave to amend his Complaint is GRANTED and any such amended pleadings shall be filed not later than August 10, 2016 and shall be consistent with this Opinion and Order.
