For the foregoing reasons, INGs motion for summary judgment is GRANTED and GET's m otion for summary judgment is DENIED. Fujian's motion to be discharged from liability to ING and GET for claims arising out of or relating to the subject bunker transactions is GRANTED and the preliminary injunction at docket entry 13 is made PERMANENT as against ING and GET. Fujian's request for attorneys' fees and costs is DENIED without prejudice. By no later than Friday, April 15, 2022, ING and Fujian must file a joint letter discussing the prospect of reaching agreement on the amount of attorneys' fees and costs due to Fujian.
