OPINION AND ORDER: re: 61 MOTION for Sanctions For Spoliation of Evidence and Violations of This Court's Discovery Orders filed by Buzzfeed, Inc. For the reason set forth above, Buzzfeed's motion for sanctions for spoliation of evidence and violations of this Court's discovery orders (Docket # 61) is granted in part and denied in part, and the sanctions described in section II.C above are hereby imposed. As discussed during the December 1, 2017, telephone conference, the parties are to submit a letter no later than one week from the date of this decision setting forth their proposed schedule for additional discovery in this case.
