Filing 42 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: denying re: 27 MOTION to Certify Class Conditionally Under FLSA 216(b), filed by Ashraf Ahmed, Uzzol Siddiky, Bodrul Islam. Because Plaintiffs have not pled or alleged facts that plausibly demonstrate t hat they and other members of the proposed collective were victims of a common policy or plan that violates the FLSA, Plaintiff's motion for leave to disseminate notice to potential opt-in plaintiffs (Dkt. No. 27) is denied. The Clerk of the C ourt is directed to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 27). The Court will conduct a conference in this matter on June 23, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 705 of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York, and as further set forth in this order.
