Filing 123 FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW: Following the bench trial held on May 29-30, 2018, and on the basis of the foregoing Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff Artists Rights Enforcement Corporation shall ha ve judgment against Defendant the Estate of Benjamin E. King with respect to the Audit Agreement dated December 15, 2014, in the amount of $25,457, plus prejudgment interest at 9 percent calculated from November 2, 2015 to the date of judgment. In all other respects, judgment shall be entered in favor of Defendants. The Clerk of Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge J.
