For the reasons set forth above, Plaintiffs' motion is DENIED as moot and Defendants' motion to refer is GRANTED. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Proposed Order to Show Cause is DENIED as moot and all conferences are cancelled. Pursuant to the Standing Order, this matter is automatically referred to the Bankruptcy C ourt and assigned to the Honorable Stuart M. Bernstein, U.S.B.J., United States Bankruptcy Court, who is presiding in, In re Transcare, Case No. 16-10407(SMB) and Adv. Proc. No. 16-1033(SMB).
