The motions are resolved as follows: Plaintiff shall produce a damages calculation for emotional distress and reputational injury only insofar as she seeks "special" damages such as reimbursement for therapy or compensation fo r specific lost job opportunities. To the extent she seeks garden variety emotional distress damages or compensation for general reputational injury, no "calculation" would be meaningful; and as further set forth herein. OPINION AND ORDER re: 39 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Amended Complaint in its entirety, filed by J. Walter Thompson Company, LLC, WPP, plc., J. Walter Thompson U.S.A., LLC, 68 LETTER MOTION for Conference for Preli minary Injunction addressed to Judge J. Paul Oetken from Anne Vladeck dated 11/10/2016, filed by Erin Johnson, 45 MOTION to Dismiss , filed by Gustavo Martinez. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motions to dismiss are DE NIED. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motions at Docket Number 39, Docket Number 45, and Docket Number 68. Defendants shall file their answers to the complaint on or before January 3, 2017. The stay of discovery is also hereby lifted. (Se e Dkt. No. 63 at 12.) Counsel for the parties are directed to submit a proposed case management plan by December 20, 2016, and to appear for a conference with the Court on December 22, 2016, at 3:00 p.m. Counsel should be prepared to address their case management plan, as well as Johnson's proposed motion for a preliminary injunction.
