OPINION AND ORDER re: 12 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Crowley Latin America Services, LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Zurich's petition to compel arbitration is GRANTED. Crowley's motion for a judgment on the pleadings is DENIED. The parties shall proceed to arbitration in accordance with the terms of the arbitration clause in the Service Agreement.
