As a condition of withdrawal, the Firm shall, no later than April 8, 2019, serve upon Ms. Woods (1) a copy of the "Notice to Certain Plaintiffs in General Motors Ignition Switch Litigation" attached hereto as Exhibit A; (2) a copy of this Order; as further set forth in this Order. Ms. Woods is hereby ordered to file, in the form of a new lawsuit, an amended and severed complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York within ninety (90) days that i s, June 26, 2019 and to pay any filing fee associated with filing a complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1914(a).
