Kennell, 64 MOTION for Sanctions FOR A PRE-FILING INJUNCTION AND OTHER SANCTIONS AGAINST PLAINTIFF filed by Great West Casualty Company, Nelson Brown & Co, Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, Patrick M. Kennell. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motions to dismiss are GRANTED, and the Third Amended Complaint is DISMISSED in its entirety . Additionally, Defendants' motions for sanctions is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Specifically, as set forth above, Ranasinghe is barred from filing future actions relating to, or arising from, the death of Mr. Sapukotana and the litigation related thereto-against any party and in any court-without first obtaining leave to file from this Court. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate Docket Nos. 53, 57, and 64, and to close this case. (As further set forth in this Opinion and Order.) (Signed by Judge Jesse M.
