MEMORANDUM ORDER: re: 30 MOTION to Dismiss Third Amended Complaint filed by Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' Third Amended Complaint is g ranted, and all of Plaintiffs' federal law claims are dismissed with prejudice. The Court declines pursuant to 28 U.S.C. section 1367(c) to exercise jurisdiction of Plaintiffs' state law claims. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves Docket Entry No. 30.
