OPINION AND ORDER re: 15 MOTION to Dismiss Amended Complaint. filed by U.S. Bank As Trustee For The Lehman XS Trust Series 2006-18N, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC. For the reasons set forth above, defendants' motion to dismiss the VAC is GRANTED. The claims against the unnamed defendants are dismissed. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion at ECF No. 15 and to terminate this action. (As further set forth in this Order.)
