ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION for 13 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security, 16 Report and Recommendation. The Court adopts the Report in all material respects and finds that the ALJ's d ecision denying Plaintiffs claims for disability insurance applied the correct legal standards and was supported by substantial evidence. Accordingly, Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED.
