OPINION & ORDER: re: 7 MOTION to Dismiss filed by LaSalle Bank, N.A. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants defendants' motion to dismiss all federal claims. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the Garcias' state-law claims, and dismisses these without prejudice.
