Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion for Final Approval of the Class Ac tion Settlement is GRANTED; Plaintiffs' Application for Award of Attorneys' Fees and Expenses is GRANTED; and the Class Representatives' Application for Incentive Awards is GRANTED. In conclusion, the Court hereby appoints Plaintiffs William Tran and Adrian Ybarra as lead Plaintiffs, approves the Ros en Law Firm, P.A., and Pomerantz LLP, as co-lead counsel for the purported class, and temporarily stays this matter to allow the Individual Defendants to seek their requested stay from the Bankruptcy Court.
