MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 72 MOTION for Settlement Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Plan of Allocation, filed by Adrian Ybarra, William Tran, 74 MOTION for Attorney Fees Reimbursement of Expenses and Compens atory Awards to Lead Plaintiffs, filed by Adrian Ybarra, William Tran. For the reasons articulated herein, the Settlement is determined to be fair, reasonable and adequate. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' Motion for Final Approval of the Class Ac tion Settlement is GRANTED; Plaintiffs' Application for Award of Attorneys' Fees and Expenses is GRANTED; and the Class Representatives' Application for Incentive Awards is GRANTED.
