OPINION AND ORDER re: 48 MOTION to Dismiss . filed by Warren Freeman, Thomas Griffin, Lord Gray, C.O. Saunders, T. Johnson, Scott Turrriglio, Ham. Defendants motion to dismiss the second amended complaint is GRANTED. The Clerk is instructed to terminate the motion (Doc. #48) and close this case. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
