February 23, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 21 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: re: 8 MOTION to Dismiss filed by InspireMD, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss is granted, and the Complaint is dismissed. This dismissal is without prejudice to an applicati on for leave to replead Counts One and Two, in a manner consistent with this Memorandum Opinion and Order. Any such motion must be filed by March 16, 2017, and be accompanied by a proposed amended complaint, a blackline comparison of the proposed ame nded complaint and the Complaint, and a memorandum of law. If Plaintiffs do not timely move for leave to amend, or if the motion is denied as futile, the Complaint will be dismissed with prejudice and the case will be closed without further advance notice.
