OPINION AND ORDER: re: 296 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Alexander Povetkin, World of Boxing LLC, 284 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Dibella Entertainment, Inc., Deontay Wilder. For the reasons set forth above, the Wilder Parties ' motion (Docket # 284) and the WOB Parties' motion (Docket # 296) are each granted in part and denied in part. All claims in the two actions are dismissed with the exception of the defamation claim, which has been stayed. We further find that WOB is entitled to an order directing the escrow agent to disburse to it all of the escrowed funds. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Magistrate Judge Gabriel W.
