MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: re: 61 MOTION for Sanctions filed by Miami Airport Concession LLC, JCDecaux Airport, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, plaintiffs' motion for sanctions is granted in part and denied in part. The defendants'countercl aim is dismissed with prejudice as a sanction under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(b)(2) and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b). As discussed above, the parties are directed to inform the Court of the date for Sawyer's deposit ion within five (5) days. Defendants are further directed to pay plaintiffs the sum of $ 12,500 within thirty (30) days. This Memorandum and Order resolves ECF Docket Entry No. 61. Given this extensive opinion, the Court trusts that defendants and their counsel are cognizant of the severe consequences that any failure to fully comply with the directions in this opinion would bring.
