Abernathy, Steven E. Voskuil, Halyard Health, I nc., 58 MOTION to Dismiss Corrected Amended Class Action Complaint filed by Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Thomas J. Falk, Mark A. Buthman. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motions to dismiss the Corrected Amended Class Action Complaint are granted in their entirety, and Plaintiff's motion to strike certain documents is denied as moot in light of the disposition of the Defendants' motions to dismiss. The Clerk of Court is requested to enter judgment in Defendants' favor and close this case. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves Docket Entry Nos. 55, 58, and 67. SO ORDERED.
