Filing 78 OPINION & ORDER: Because LiquidX used its domination and influence over TRE to structure the foreclosure specifically to evade liability to Brooklawn, this Court concludes that LiquidX exercised its control to perpetrate a wrong against Brooklawn. Ac cordingly, LiquidX is liable to Brooklawn as TRE's alter ego and may be joined to the Louisiana arbitration. LiquidX's claims for declaratory relief on these issues are dismissed. SO ORDERED.
