Filing 29 OPINION & ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint filed by City of New York: Plaintiff pro se Keith Haywood brings this federal civil rights action against Defendant the City of New York. Defendant moves to dismis s the Complaint for failure to state a claim. Defendant's motion to dismiss the Complaint is granted. Haywood's federal civil rights claims are dismissed with prejudice, and his state-law negligence claims are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions and mark this case as closed.
