For the foregoing reasons, th e DOE's and UFT's motions to dismiss are granted, and Majied's claims against them are dismissed. Additionally, the Court dismisses Majied's claims against the TRS, even though the TRS has not yet appeared...The Court declines to sua sponte grant Majied leave to amend the Complaint. This Court certifies, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Opinion and Order would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is thus denied.
