February 13, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 44 ORDER, On January 10, 2018, the Court entered an Opinion and Order dismissing this action. See ECF No. 39. On February 11, 2020, Plaintiff filed a "Motion to Vacate Judgement & Order." See ECF No. 41. By February 27, 2020, Defendants sha ll submit a joint opposition brief to Plaintiff's motion, addressing (among other things) the timeliness of the motion. January 8, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 39 OPINION AND ORDER re: 23 FIRST MOTION to Dismiss Notice of Motion to Dismiss, filed by United Federation of Teachers, 17 MOTION to Dismiss, filed by New York City Department of Education. For the foregoing reasons, th e DOE's and UFT's motions to dismiss are granted, and Majied's claims against them are dismissed. Additionally, the Court dismisses Majied's claims against the TRS, even though the TRS has not yet appeared...The Court declines to sua sponte grant Majied leave to amend the Complaint. This Court certifies, pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Opinion and Order would not be taken in good faith, and in forma pauperis status is thus denied.
