March 28, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 64 MEMORANDUM ORDER: granting 46 Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court grants Defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing Plaintiff's claims against defendants DCAS and DSNY without prejudice to litigation of those claims against de fendant City. The Court grants summary judgment dismissing Plaintiff's Title VII race and religious discrimination claims, and declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction of the remaining state law claims. The pretrial conference currently sc heduled for April 5, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. is cancelled. The Clerk of Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment in Defendants' favor and to close this case.
