MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: re: 29 MOTION to Compel Arbitration filed by Albert C. Yuen, Golden Abacus Inc. For the above reasons, Defendants' motion to compel arbitration is denied in its entirety. This Memorandum Opinion and Order resolves Docket Entry No. 29. The pre-trial conference scheduled for July 6, 2017, is adjourned sine die and this case will be referred to Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Peck for General Pretrial Management.
