OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for leave to amend the complaint is GRANTED. Plaintiff is directed to file his first amended complaint within seven (7) days of the date of this Opinion and Order. The parties are directed to meet and confer as to any additional discovery and to file a joint letter on or before August 6, 2018 with a proposed date for the close of discovery.
