The Welspun Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Retailer Defendants' motion to d ismiss is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. The Retailer Defendants' motion to strike is DENIED. Plaintiffs' request for leave to amend is DENIED. The Welspun Defendants' and Target's accountings for sanctions are DENIED. By Jun e 3, 2019, defendants shall file answers to the surviving claims. By May 31, 2019, the parties shall submit a joint letter, no more than three pages in length, regarding the status of discovery (and to the extent necessary, a proposed schedule for re maining discovery), settlement discussions, and, if applicable, a proposed briefing schedule for a motion for class certification. In addition, the parties are directed to appear for an in-person status conference on June 7, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., at th e United States Courthouse in White Plains, Courtroom 620.
