Accordingly, Plaintiff' s motion to remand, (Doc. 7), is DENIED, and Defendants' motion for leave to file the Amended Removal Petition, (Doc. 19), is GRANTED. Defendants are directed to file the Amended Removal Petition on or before August 11, 2017. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the pending motions at Document 7 and Document 19.
