OPINION & ORDER: Because Zoullas lacked an objectively reasonable basis for removing the case from New York state court, Naxos' motion for costs and attorney fees is GRANTED in the amount of $11,635. The Clerk of the Court is respectively directed to enter judgment in favor of Naxos, and to close this case and remove it from the docket of this Court, and as further set forth in this order.
