Filing 23 OPINION & ORDER adopting Report and Recommendation 22 re: 15 MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint filed by Joseph Ponte, Seth, Monica Windley, N.Y.C. Health & Hospitals. For the following reasons, the Court adopts this recomme ndation in its entirety. For the foregoing reasons, the Court dismisses Campanello's Amended Complaint with prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at docket number 15. The Court directs the Clerk to mail a copy of this decision to plaintiff at the address on file. SO ORDERED.
