I have reviewed the remainder of Magistrate Jud ge Pitman's thorough Report and Recommendation for clear error and find none. Therefore, I adopt the Report in its entirety. Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings, (Doc. 12), is GRANTED to the extent that this matter be remande d for further proceedings, and the Commissioner's cross-motion for judgment on the pleadings, (Doc. 14), is DENIED. This case is remanded pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further proceedings consistent with the Report. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the open motions at Documents 12 and 14 and close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Vernon S.
