The court appoints Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP as lead counsel and appoints Labaton Su charow LLP as liaison counsel. In accordance with the stipulation and order governing the next steps in this case, Dkt. 32, APERS is either to file and serve an amended complaint or designate the Complaint as the operative complaint in this case wit hin 60 days of this order-i.e. May 1, 2017. Defendants may then respond to the then-operative complaint under the schedule set forth in Dkt. 32-either 60 days after the filing of an amended complaint, or, if no amended complaint is filed, by June 30, 2017.
