OPINION & ORDER re: 11 FIRST MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction FIRST MOTION to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim and Forum Non Conveniens filed by Soheil Khanian. For the reasons stated above, it is hereby ORDERE D that this case be transferred to the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to TRANSFER this case accordingly and remove the case from the Court's docket.
