Filing 46 OPINION AND ORDER: For reasons set forth above, Maxwell's petition for a writ of habeas corpus is DENIED. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to enter judgment, mail a copy of this order to Maxwell, and close the case. Furthermore, b ecause Maxwell has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, no certificate of appealability shall issue. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken i n good faith; therefore, informa pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). It is SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Edgardo Ramos on 10/3/2019) (kv) Transmission to Docket Assistant Clerk for processing.
