August 28, 2017 Opinion or Order Filing 16 OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, the Commissioner's determination that Rodriguez was not disabled within the meaning of the Social Security Act during the period from October 21, 2010 through March 24, 2014 is supported by sub stantial evidence. Accordingly, the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings (Dkt. No. 14) is GRANTED and Rodriguez's motion (Dkt. No. 10) is DENIED.
