Ltd., Danqian Yao, Guoqi ng Li, E-Commerce China Dangdang Inc., Min Kan, First Profit Management, Ltd., Peggy Yu Yu, 119 MOTION to Compel Arbitration . filed by Altimeo Optimum Fund, Altimeo Asset Management, Joe Fasano., For the reasons stated above, Plaintiffs' motion to compel arbitration of their common-law claims is GRANTED, Defendants' motion to dismiss is DENIED without prejudice to its renewal after arbitration, and the case is hereby STAYED pending the outcome of that arbitration. The parties shall submit a status letter to the Court within fourteen days of the final judgment of the arbitrator or a similarly significant development in the arbitration.
